Lobster & Chowder House

I started out with a Lobster Bisque. It had a buttery flavor, just the right thickness, but not a chunk of lobster to be found. Then, I had my go-to whenever I am at a new seafood restaurant, the Fish & Chips. It was a decent size piece of fish, flaky and cooked to a nice golden brown. A little sriracha sauce on the side kicked it up a notch. Instead of the typical side of fries, I opted for the size of Orzo (which looks like it also has some Cous Cous and Barley in it) and that was quite tasty.

Now, you’re probably asking why I reviewed the Lemon Water. Well, when I usually ask for a Water with Lemon it comes from the tap handle with the rest of the beverages behind the bar. However, this specific water was a bit more special. It came from the tap of the three-bay sink that is used to clean the glassware behind the bar.
